The Position:
This rewarding role assists in the prevention of children entering the out of home care system or reconnecting children with their families. We are seeking an individual who has experience providing flexible and responsive support services to vulnerable children, youth, families and communities. Use your excellent communication skills to assist families with information, advocacy, crisis intervention, and to further develop life skills, coping skills and family functioning.

Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, with eligibility for AASW Social Work
- Experience working in partnership with families, focusing on strengths and abilities
- Proven knowledge of solution focussed, strength based, narrative and trauma informed practice approaches
- Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
